2013 China International Light Industry Consumer Goods Expo Handicraft Exhibition, sponsored by China National Light Industry Council, has launched organizational works recently in Beijing. The exhibition in the handicraft arts, prepared by China Handicraft Arts Society under the theme “Integrated Innovation and Industrial Expansion of Handicraft Arts” is scheduled to take place from July 12 till 15 in Beijing.

As Zhao Zhishuo, vice chair and secretary general of China Handicraft Arts Society, expressed, though this exhibition is mainly a comprehensive showcase of industrial innovation and development, the curatorship adopts a brand new thinking and methodology. The combination of “a group of representatives of handicraft arts creation and research”, “an excellent brand enterprise or a group of enterprises” and “a mature system and referable mode” demonstrates sample of the integration of handicraft arts with urban brand, geographic coordinates, industrial economy and social education, and introduce more new and scientific development models to employees and enterprises from different perspectives.
